yeah i think they're very interesting but here's the rub they occur naturally in organs and this is one of the coolest things i've found about organ meat and meat in general and animal foods they contain peptides it will not take too much deduction to understand where thymus and alpha 1 comes from it comes from the thymus so i definitely think that we should be getting these peptides from organs that we're eating eating nose tail will provide you with these organs
