liver is very high in reducing agents that are gonna stabilize probably vitamin C and an excellent example of this would be folate which is very stable in frozen liver and very unstable and fruits and everything else so I just think that's a I mean it sort of it does support your point that if liver is gonna be a major source of vitamin C in a carnivore diet I just suspect that it's more that's probably more of a significant to liver versus non liver comparison
