when animals are stressed or exercising they can produce up to the human equivalent of a hundred grams of vitamin C so imagine us like chasing a woolly mammoth stressed out of its mind just jacked up on vitamin C imagine how much vitamin C we would potentially get in the blood and in the organs now that this animal is just jacked up producing ten times the amount of vitamin C because it's stressed the hell out I'm so I wonder how eating fresh and stressed animal meats could be could have been higher in vitamin C
