the other thing I would say is if people are worried it's not the worst thing in the world to add a little bit of vitamin C supplement though I have not seen clinical evidence that we need it
I think that probably my hypothesis would be that humans need vitamin C but the doses that are easily obtainable eating nose-to-tail that is 50 to 70 milligrams a day are more than adequate to maintain ideal antioxidant status in the human body
