if you look at studies that give vitamin C so there was one study they gave 200 milligrams of vitamin C 500 milligrams a thousand or 2,000 they looked at lipid hydroperoxides in young adults lipid hydro peroxides were significantly reduced at the five hundred thousand and two thousand dose versus the lower dose and when they extracted their red blood cells Heinz bodies which are reactive oxygen species damage to those BOTS to those red blood cells were dramatically increased on a lower vitamin C intake and five hundred a thousand and two thousand seemed to make the red blood cells more resilient to ex-vivo damage
