so I think that we don't fully understand how much vitamin C is needed to be optimal which is nearly apostasy it's nearly heretical to suggest that that we may not need a thousand or five thousand or even 500 milligrams of vitamin C for day but I think from an evolutionary perspective that would be a very improbable thing despite the fact that we're all imagining that citrus fruits were going on growing on trees all the time everywhere they really weren't and I think vitamin C is much less away much less present in the natural world than we've been led to believe even on a seasonal basis
