the interventional studies of the vitamin C generally have failed to show any benefit cardiovascular disease hypertension etc and I think that what is interesting about the study that he's mentioning is that people are in the hospital they're inflamed they likely have insulin resistance and in those people may be a little bit more vitamin C from 20 to 60 is beneficial but I'm not convinced and in my previous issue of The Insider from two weeks ago or three weeks ago I'm sure an article that said with an increase from 70 to 270 milligrams a day of vitamin C there was no change in oxidative stress or inflammatory markers so I'm not convinced we need mega doses of vitamin C
