so mechanistic evidence is pretty clear that in a Cell and LDL oxidation is different because LDL is not a cell right but in a Cell um vitamin E is present at the at the aqueous interface of the lipid membrane and when vitamin E is oxidized it directly transfers the burden of that oxidation onto vitamin C that is in the aqueous phase at the border of the lipid membrane that vitamin C is is recycled by glutathione that glutathione is recycled by glutathione reductase which basically takes B vitamins and energy derived from glucose in the pentose phosphate pathway to supply those electrons up that up through that cycle NADPH
