yeah so it just really better sleep — yeah yeah — um making sure your thyroid is good getting enough vitamin D being in the sun or supplementing with vitamin D — because vitamin D is kind of central for all of this we've learned that in the last few years with — um the overarching sort of viral issues in the population so vitamin D is critical thyroid making sure you're getting enough carbohydrates getting making sure you're getting enough nutrients and sleep
