@jackspop11 Basic rule of thumb is 1000 IU per 25 lbs but if he gets a lot of sun may need lower dose. @jackspop11 Forgot to mention this rule maxes out at 5000 IU.
Vit. D depends on many factors. Generally 1000 IU/25 lbs. but if lot of sun maybe not.
