I do not think it is good to supplement w/>25 IU of E
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I don't think supplemental vitamin E should be taken over 30 IU per day, which is the amount in a multivitamin.
now in the case of supplemental vitamin E taking large doses of it larger than what RDA recommends which is currently 22.4 iuse a day may not necessarily be a good thing for reasons that we're going to get to in just a little bit
I don't think people should be supplementing with anything above the RDA for vitamin E alpha tcopherol in general. It's just you don't need, you know, 400 IUs of of alpha tcopherol.
