because all the nutritional databases only have vitamin k1 which is phylloquinone and so i just wanted to show something that you sent me which is cool as a reference for people as a bonus in this podcast that um mary found this great image with a number of references here along the side is this taken from a paper mary yes yeah and i can send you the whole thing yeah we'll put it in the show notes but you can see i want to emphasize a few things here this paper this table breaks down k1 and then all of these menoquinones mk4 mk13 which are all the vitamin k2 analogs
