maximum lactate steady state is basically what it says in the names is the highest highest lactate value that you're able to sustain steady state if you go now a little bit higher in effort or in intensity or let's say you accumulating a little bit more fatigue then basically you already start to see that now Lac is not stable anymore for the same power output down it will actually start to see that Lac starts to accumulate up going upward it's not steady state anymore
