Yeah, I think a good practice is to have many walks because they're required. And, of course, there is a very efficient and endurance, stamina-oriented thing that if you have the experience, it will naturally develops and unravel. And if not, you can get some collective knowledge and improve. And then there is a lot of emotion, emotional things related to walk like how I'm walking into a business meeting and/or how I'm walking out of a bad situation.
