well I decided to do the zone 2 early in the morning because it's really low load right um and obviously by definition if I'm going to be resistance training legs that's going to be very high load and I knew that if I did that first 8 hours of rest until I did the zone 2 in the afternoon was not going to be sufficient conversely doing the zone two early in the morning taking 6 hours or 8 hours and then doing the uh resistance training for the legs wouldn't be an issue
