if somebody came into your office um and they're having six drinks a day and they acknowledge you know go through the steps to acknowledge hey this is problematic and they agree to want to stop you wouldn't be able to just say hey leave your office uh don't drink and I'll see you in four weeks there's a very good chance they would be dead due to the cardiovascular side effects so there you would have to put them on other drugs
