Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

Why Andrew recommends limiting alcohol to 0-2 drinks per week
To be clear, I am not opposed to healthy adults having a few drinks a week but I think @ChrisWillx statement is very true.
And if you're going to drink, the limit-- if you're a healthy adult who's not trying to conceive, not pregnant, and you don't have issues with alcoholism-- is probably two drinks per week total.
if I had a magic wand I would I would ask that people either not drink or drink two drinks per week maximum at least that's my understanding of the literature
