people who have the highest rates of mental health problems in terms of like have they faced challenges people who've had a ton of tragedies and challenges thrown at them in life they don't have great mental health i mean this is just like constant stuff going wrong right but you look at the other end of the spectrum and the people who have had no real challenges not too much ever go wrong for them they have equally bad mental health there's a sweet spot it's a u-shaped curve
