My heart rate is directly correlated with my HRV. When it's down when my heart rate is low, HRV is up. When HIV heartbeat is up, HRV is down.
And just for everybody who's listening HRV heart rate variability, you actually want more variability. More variability means more parasympathetic nervous system activation.
