generally speaking labs are a very good investment you know that information is very valuable and even if you do it once a year costs Kaiser a couple hundred dollars more or even a thousand dollars more I would argue they probably haven't done the studies in terms of long-term outcomes but you can really change somebody's outcome with laughs they're so valuable
