I'm a big believer in getting regular blood work done for the simple reason that many of the important things that are vital to our immediate and long-term health can only be detected in a good quality blood test.
Make sure you guys aren't just falling into the comfort and like get your blood work done.
blood work is how the system is working much more that is that part on the outside that's coming in it's sort of popping the hood and looking at the internal workings in a way you know it's such a good indication
