And so it's yeah, my bones are exceptionally strong. And I guess so, uh, Mike, what is your assessment? Um, how's how could that be the case that my my bones are at this level of strength? What actually is bone mineral density, too? Just to clarify before we get into it. Yeah, let's do that one real quick. So, so bone mineral density is literally like the density of your bones. Like, so your bones aren't completely solid. They're actually like the scaffolding of calcium and phosphorus and different different chemicals that are kind of put together. And the the density of the scaffolding or like the um attachments inside the bones is the bone mineral density. And uh it literally tracks with the strength of your bones, but also it's a really good proxy for overall biological health. um more so than just like how healthy your bones are, how well are you sleeping, how well you exercising, are you getting appropriate nutrients.
