if you know that you're a very sensitive person I would probably argue try to stay clear maybe 12 to 14 hours if you're someone who is not as sensitive then you could maybe go to 8 hours

I tend to drink caffeine in the early part of the day and not so much in the evening or certainly not after 300 p.m. so I can sleep well
For most people, four to six hours before bed is the last time they should be caffeinating in any way.
