Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.

when you take caffeine in pill form it tends to have a much more potent and long lasting effect than when you take caffeine in the form of coffee or tea it's actually a world apart in terms of its effects
even 100 milligrams of caffeine in tablet form I suppose it could be in capsule form as well but in its pure form leads to much greater enhancement of alertness and focus then does often the comparable amount or even twice the amount of caffeine contained in coffee or tea
