So I think it depends on the timing of day that you land. So if you're landing in morning of destination uh which often happens when you're going like for example to Europe then I think stimulants are fine. It's okay to use stimulants in those in those cases. What you don't want to do is land somewhere in like the afternoon or the early evening and you know for whatever reason drink a stim like drink coffee or take a stimulant that's going to disrupt your sleep.
