I think the important thing with with bones too to remember is that um all of these things are important. I think we jump to like calcium, you know, making sure that you get appropriate calcium levels to keep your bones nice and strong, but you can eat all the calcium like you want. And if you're not exercising, if you're not giving it that stimulus, that calcium is not going in your bones. It's going somewhere else. So, the stimulus is by far the most important piece.
