bone matrix is the is the ground up bone the micro crystalline hydroxyapatite that's a special one as well that's something you could take every day if you're not doing dairy to get a non-dairy source of calcium
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

let's move on to calcium obviously whoever made this comment didn't understand that an animal-based diet could include bone matrix could include microcrystal hydroxyapatite could include raw dairy that's a great source of calcium that one is really something silly that we shouldn't even focus on
raw dairy has many benefits because calcium is beneficial in the human diet and it gets pretty clear many benefits to calcium binding oxalates in the gut calcium turnover every day in our bones just all kinds of benefits to calcium in the human diet
i have now been able to get calcium in my diet from raw dairy that is an enjoyable place to get calcium because it's also quite tasty vitamin k2 choline etc if you do not tolerate dairy consider raw dairy or consider something like a micro crystalline hydroxyapatite at heart and soil we make the bone matrix for this purpose
I believe humans should be in taking calcium on a daily basis either from raw dairy is a great source raw cheese raw butter raw sour cream raw milk or kefir or from things like Ground Up Bones you can get bone matrix from hard and soil supplements if you want microcrystalline hydroxyapatite if you're not doing dairy in your diet
calcium is another critical part of the human diet and if you're not getting raw dairy you can find calcium in bones or microcrystalline hydroxyapatite in supplements that contain that kind of stuff that's like bone matrix from hardened soil so I think getting calcium is good you can also get calcium from eggshells
do something like bone matrix from hardened soil supplements which is ground up grass-fed bone microcrystalline hydroxyapatite there's calcium in there there it comes with phosphorus but there's more calcium than phosphorus in microcrystalline hydroxyapatite or you can do things like eggshells or calcium
