Whereas with with running, like if I run up a steep hill with a weight vest on, my lungs are burning. I want to cough up a lung. Like I feel like I want to vomit. And and we can tell ourselves like, "This is good. This is me getting better. It will be easier the next time." But you don't feel faster in the moment. You're not like, "Oh, this is what it feels like to really be faster than I am in this on this current day."
