if we actually look at the numbers of LDL particles we're talking 10 to the fifteenth even if you have an LDL of 200 if you have an LDL of 90 milligrams per deciliter you still have more than 10 to the 15th LDL particles in your blood and so the difference between an LDL of 90 milligrams per deciliter in an LDL of 250 milligrams per deciliter is 2.5 times more but even 90 is 10 to the 15th right and so one is I don't need to do the actual math but say 1 is 1 times 10 to the 15 and the other one is 2.5 times 10 to the 15th so you can see that we're not really but I believe that at 1 times 10 to the 15th the system is already saturated with particles
