I view it as the ultimate elimination diet and yeah as we talked and you went through it brings all of the fully form proteins amino acids and much of what we need because they're similar animals but but the other thing is it's the ultimate elimination diet
and you know an easy way to do that just eat meat it's probably the most extreme elimination diet either because unless meats the problem you've eliminated everything that's the problem
