and I think that for most people a carnivore diet will create pretty darn amazing health and to which they can add plants if they would like to depending on how they tolerate them
I'm not saying everybody has to do a carnivore diet I'm just saying that I think most people would feel pretty darn good doing a carnivore diet
I think that there are a lot of people out there when they eliminate plant foods it doesn't have to be forever but people out there when they eliminate plant foods they feel better
there are definitely people who don't tolerate plants and it's so cool that the carnivore movement offers them a solution
