I noticed after the maybe the second or third day that my mood was improved I didn't even think I had mood issues and I felt much more stable much more calm much more emotionally resilient
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

so a carnivore - absolutely - lower rates of depression yeah yeah I think that if anything when I went on a car more diet people have probably heard me talk about this within the first few days I felt like I was a much happier more emotionally resilient person
my my cravings have basically disappeared and any hint of any depression is long since gone
but the mental health benefits of a carnivore diet are pretty darn clear
it feels good in it I'm just calm and I'm happier and you know everything feels good
when I went carnivore I noticed a similar type of thing within the first few days I had so much more mental sort of poise emotional resilience was sort of how I how I termed it
my experience personally was it was within 72 hours probably than 48 hours the eczema didn't resolve completely within 40 hours for my mental state changed yeah in a way that I never expected
I felt better psychologically I felt more positive I felt more upbeat
