I had sleep issues when I wasn't eating carbohydrates so I did carnivore meat organs animal fat and salt and I was getting palpitations at night I had cramps when I would try to climb in my legs i' wake up with cramps i'd have sleep disturbances
my story began with eczema and asthma when I was eating a paleo diet an organic Paleo Diet with salads and nuts and fruit and meat and mushrooms this kind of stuff olive oil that got better when I cut out all of the plant foods for my diet and did a strictly carnivore diet of meat and organs and animal fat and salt for about a year and a half that resulted in some pretty significant electrolyte variabilities electrolyte deficiencies leading to muscle cramps sleep disturbances including hypnagogic jerks like when I would go to sleep I would have these jerks your body jerks you awake this is related to a magnesium deficiency testosterone declining from what my Baseline is usually seven to eight hundred as a 46 year old man on no hormone replacement to high 400s at times and like I said muscle cramps preventing me from doing things like rock climbing Etc
