a nose to tail carnivore diet I believe is the highest amount of micronutrients the highest amount of bioavailable micronutrients
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

if you eat an animal from the nose to the tail that means eating muscle meat and organ meat connective tissue fat all of these good parts of the animal then you're gonna start to see that you get all the nutrients that a human needs
as much as I dig into the nutritional literature I cannot find a deficiency that will arise if you are eating a well-constructed carnivore diet and we can talk about how you're eating and different ways of doing a carnivore diet and this is one of the reasons that I think eating nose-to-tail is beneficial for people but a lot of people have the same concerns that you had when you were eating meat in green so I'm missing something and I think that we can talk about this more later but if we add in some organ meats there is a full amount of nutrition there for humans there's nothing missing in terms of micronutrients minerals vitamins and I think we're getting all of these nutrients and highly bioavailable forms without any of the toxins done in plants
when you eat an intentionally if you just eat muscle meat and this is what Kristine I talked about week there you can definitely have nutritional deficiencies right folate biotin riboflavin many nutrients can be inadequately represented in the muscle meat but they're at it they're just robustly present in labor kidney in the organs it quickly completes the picture there's also conversations about amino acid balance Matheny and Laci really the conversation often comes back to vitamin C
your argument is you can do it long-term we're saying hey we don't think we do it long-term to the point of the the organs and the brain being available with nutrients
my feeling is that a carnivore diet is not nutrient deficient in any nutrients
