I am a strong advocate for the carnivore diet
I've been 90 plus percent carnivores okay again works for me right works for probably a lot of people to have high quality meats also organ meats every [ __ ] day
i followed suit and and this is me um you know eating carnivore uh or carnivores diet because i do eat vegetables but i i only eat uh fermented vegetables so that's my story
i still believe that an entirely animal based carnivore diet is super healthy for humans as a reset and i think that for the majority of people including some of the least toxic plant foods is going to make them even better and make the whole thing more sustainable long-term which will result in better long-term health
I've not always eaten healthfully in my life. You may know some of my story, but for the last 25 years, give or take, I have eaten reasonably healthy. Really, the last 20 years, I eat single ingredient foods. I've eaten a paleo diet. I've eaten a carnivore diet. I've eaten an animal-based diet.
