if you eat only beef jerky or you eat only cured non fresh meats you could give yourself scurvy on a carnivore diet yeah if you eat fresh meat you will not get scurvy on a carnival diet
at an academic level I don't think that from what I've seen you can disqualify or discredit the carnivore diets sustainability based on lack of vitamin C because I think there's a decent amount there and we sort of challenged the mainstream paradigm here as well
