when i have done tests on my patients my clients their coq10 is off the chart
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
when you look at the organs heart is the highest that i've seen in coenzyme q10 yeah and it's hard to know how bio available that is versus a soft gel
when i've done anecdotally in my practicing with myself when i've looked at my coq10 levels in the blood on people who focus on meat and organs they're they're high they're they're robust they're very robust they're like maybe three to four standard deviations above the mean because they're outside of the reference range above where they you know what people expect they don't see these on normal people this level of coq10 right
milligrams per kilogram heart is smoking it and then of course liver is really high up there too which is awesome even muscle is surprising i mean i knew liver and harder great but i'm surprised even muscles still still on the list here
When I've checked my CoQ10, it's been very high presumably because I eat lots of heart. You know, heart is super high in in in CoQ10 and muscle meat is pretty high in CoQ10 also.

Where do we get coenzyme Q10? Well, we predominantly get it in our diet. We can make a little bit of it in the human body, but we get lots of it in our diet from organs like liver and heart and muscle meat.
