okay so on your windown routine so I would imagine you get home or you're back to the hotel and you're running loops about your show like what you said what you did well what you didn't do well that interaction with uh person in the crowd like maybe you hit it maybe you didn't but you're like trying to reconcile the entire event Yeah You're trying to improve the the jokes you missed you know find new ones to say um like you're doing your whole reconciliation of life which everyone does And so for me what I do is I I talk to myself and I say "Okay like um there's like okay there's comedian Brian who's just on stage and now we're going to transition to sleep Brian."
