so we talked about the amounts of oxalates that the human body makes and that you might want to limit yourself to whether you have problems or not but I just want people to understand the breadth of issues that can occur when there is an oxalate overload or excess oxalate deposition so this is sort of this is what might happen and then feel free to weave in any anecdotes that you're aware of any of your client histories and talk about things you've seen get better when people get rid of these oxalates kind of making this concrete for people well we talked a little bit about the urinary tract which concentrates oxalate so you got your kidney stones nephrocalcinosis and kidney infections can all be oxalate related of inability to excrete oxalate properly and other things can be oxalate damaged if you get bladder symptoms if you have Painful bladder Interstitial cystitis nighttime urination frequent urination High thirst these can all be signs of oxalate poisoning you can end up with a rash inside the bladder that's the mast cells are like on fire because of this Crystal formation in the urine that's destroying the lining of the bladder and upsetting the nerve the immune system in there and you can get into some pretty horrible problems with not being able to sleep anymore because your bladder is bothering you so much and you can end up depressed from lack of sleep from bladder problems
