I would argue that is happening through abrogation or elimination amelioration of inflammation in the brain and that would suggest that inflammation in the brain may be driven by things in our diet I believe most of it's coming from the gut right everything we're putting in our bodies is going into the gut this idea of leaky gut is not even fringe anymore but I think it's pretty pretty well accepted or at least hypothesized that the foods we eat may create inflammation in the gut and we know that inflammation can affect the brain in a big way
