Now, of course, the challenge is that, you know, that reprogramming is full in the sense that everything is going to be erased. If the reprogramming is done properly, directly all the methylation, so all these methyl groups that you put across DNA that accumulate with age, are going to be removed. All the signatures are essentially removed, so the cell is truly rejuvenated, as like in the beginning.
