10 min flexibility
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I also do a lot of stretching I enjoy moving around when we're hanging out we just we played ping pong for a couple hours the other day
throughout the day when I'm working I try to move every five minutes or so it's nice to refresh my mind I get to my body to move a little bit
is I've just found this fluid way to work throughout my day it also helps me not feel stiff where I do work out quite a bit so if I am in a certain position for a long time I can feel my body kind of stiffen up
so these movements I do throughout the day they help my body feel fresh and flexible
immediately following eating super veggie I will jump back in into focused work every 30 minutes I'll do roughly 5 minutes of light activity such as walking or body weight exercises stretching I find that it makes me more flexible of mind and of body
as I did before every 30 minutes or so I will do 5 minutes of light activity which helps with blood flow awaken my mind and keep my body loose and flexible
