if you're going to buy these guys don't heat them olive oil avocado oil are not meant to be heated they're better than seed oils in terms of linolic acid and polyan citrated fats but they're still too unstable to be heated you will damage the oils
I don't think they should be heated these are essentially salad dressing oils or just topping oils
