I think the fiber you know as as letic said probably does confer a benefit you know you as he speaks about in his book metabolical you eating um uh soluble and insoluble fiber sort of make a bit of a lattice structure and that blocks about 30% of the absorption in in your intestine so if you're eating things that aren't really good for you I think fiber is a great idea you know but if you're not eating things that that aren't good for you then you probably don't want that because that's going to cause malabsorption
