so breakfast is well super veggie what's that yeah yeah for breakfast every day yeah I love it so I you can do it in a non uh pureed fashion but I just find this to be it's more efficient and it takes quite a while to eat this this is like uh I think 300 plus grams of broccoli 250 grams of cauliflower garlic ginger uh 250 grams of lentils black lentils so it's it's a lot of volume and I do that with a tablespoon of olive oil and then recently I've just added a tablespoon of pure dark chocolate
