so i had maintenance level for five days which i think was around 2350 calories so i don't gain or lose weight roughly then i went hypochloric and the hypocaloric phase was five days of exactly half of the first five days exactly half per day the first five days all the meals were at the same times and we're in exactly in half and then for the last five days i was hyper caloric it was a lot more of the same three ingredients but i couldn't do just double everything i was eating i had to also have i had keto chow shakes on top of that there's a little bit more of a story as to why that was done it was somewhat improvised in the moment so that part wasn't carnivore but i needed to replicate exactly what i did last year in the original aux ldl experiment that's why this is called the aux ldl replication experiment and i have to tell you paul you get great data when you do exactly the same thing one year later under different conditions so it was it was hotter outside i weighed two pounds less this year than i did from the year before for example things like that right and in that ex to that extent i was very very pleased with the data
