if your blood sugar spikes after you eat some fruit or honey not a big deal according to both interventional and observational studies
I think that uh blood sugar spikes don't cause pathology for humans sometimes they're a symptom of a problem but I don't believe that eating fruit causes diabetes in anyone
I don't believe that worrying about spiking your blood sugar two or three times a day eating fruit and honey is in any way worsening your health
I do not think that most humans need to fear sugar in the form of fruit fruit juice or honey now take that statement in the context of if you're already diabetic you're not going to tolerate sugar well
