I think that fruit is the least toxic part of the plant so that's where I source my carbohydrates from I feel better I perform better in my exercise when I have carbohydrates in my diet and fruit is the least toxic way to get those
In my experiment, fruit and honey seem to have been the best carbohydrates for me, along with lactose in raw milk.
