So so far, this sort of feels like bad news, 'cause these are the things that a lot of people have gotten into their heads that might be beneficial to anti-aging, and what you're saying and what the evidence suggests is that there is no anti-aging benefit, there might be a short term gain, not a long-term anti-aging benefit.
