go outside get sunlight we know that good sunlight can affect your gut microbiome positively there's an interventional study that i've talked about in the past in which people are given narrow band uv light so not pure sunlight but narrow band uv which is going to be found in the sunlight and their gut microbial diversity increased so sunlight can increase your gut microbiome
